Lifetime Guarantee

The Island Engravers Lifetime Guarantee applies to the engraving on our deep engraved stainless steel tags only.

Our Guarantee covers damage to the engraving where it becomes no longer readable. If the engraving on the tag is no longer legible, it will be replaced at no cost. 

This guarantee does NOT cover lost tags. 

The decision to replace a damaged tag will be left at the sole discretion of Island Engravers.

Replacement tag must be the same size, shape, and engraving details as the original tag.

You must provide a picture of the tag with the damage to the engraving visible to make a claim.
